Site includes designated year-round storage space for boat, household garbage facilities, internal road snow removal, security gate pass,
access to laundry facilities, common areas (including Guest spots, as available, playground, bike track, walking paths and a fenced
off-leash area for dogs), lake and beach access through the adjacent Crownland. Annual occupancy fee paid to April 30 2025.

TV, stereo/DVD player, air conditioner and ceiling fan. Large bunk room includes half bath, with separate entrance, TV/DVD and sleeping area for 6. Electric awning, 
ample storage and option for small appliance included.  
DECK: One of a kind custom designed pressure treated ground level deck. Deck runs full length of RV side. 
GOLF CART: 2002 Yamaha Gas, new tires/rims, upgraded with rear seats and trailer hitch. Serviced regularly.  
SHED: ‘Lifetime’ 10’ x 8’ maintenance free weatherable vinyl (no need for painting). Double doors and internal shelving and storage.
