Relaxing summer lake days or fun-filled evenings around the deck with friends and neighbours. Just an easy 4 hours from Calgary or
3.5 from Okotoks.  This largely landscaped, treed lot features a 25x14’ deck with a 12x12’ netted gazebo to give you shade in the
hot summer heat the area is known for. The deck is fully enclosed with a combination of wood privacy screen and aluminum railing with
gates on both ends, perfect for keeping small kids or pets within eye shot. Hard-plumbed for both water and sewer, you will just need to
tie in your RV for summer-long convenience.

Also included is a separate, gravelled storage area to park your boat or utility trailer with your dirt bikes or side x side for easy
access to the area’s many miles of forestry roads just waiting to be explored. 

A 4x8’ outdoor shower (on demand shower system not included) with a change room ties into both water and sewer, and is placed
discreetly behind the trailer space. A stone-edged walkway leads from the front of the lot to the shower area and the levelled and
landscaped fire pit area, perfect for those nights with a group of friends to recount the day’s highlights, or to enjoy a few special
quiiet moments watching the stars while the fire pit crackles. 

Storage space includes a 7'x9’ shed with shelving included, along with 2 deck boxes for storing all the day- to-day stuff, the lake
toys and yard essentials. An underground 2-zone sprinkler system keeps the landscaped lawn area green despite the Tobacco Valley heat
the area is renowned for, along with a programable water timer to allow for as much or as little water (free with your lot fees) as
you want to provide and related to how often you would like to mow! Also plumbed for an additional outdoor spigot for washing your beach
gear after a day in the sand.
