enjoy the serenity of the property. The master bedroom has 2 large closets, ensuite bathroom, and a built in dresser. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and
spacious closet. This beautiful park model includes a large pantry, washer and dryer, air conditioning, central vacuum, dishwasher, and a fireplace to keep you
happy in all four seasons.

Outside: The breathtaking deck is a wonderful place to spend time with family, friends and neighbors. Large spacious shed exterior matches the park model and is
great to store all your outdoor activity "toys"! The driveway accomodates two vehicles and has a golf cart parking area close to plug in.

GOLF CART: 2002 Yamaha Gas, new tires/rims, upgraded with rear seats and trailer hitch. Serviced regularly.  
SHED: ‘Lifetime’ 10’ x 8’ maintenance free weatherable vinyl (no need for painting). Double doors and internal shelving and storage.
