Located southwest of Fernie, B.C. at Lake Koocanusa, just 3.5 hours from Calgary, in the picturesque gated community of Madera Ranch RV Resort.
The lake is accessible along a short pathway that is walkable and golf cart friendly. Enjoy year-round access, spend hot summers near or on the
crystal clear water of the lake, or nearby off-roading, or hiking the numerous trails in the area and snowmobiling in the winter.

The site backs onto a small park reserve and has numerous trees that offer privacy.  The site has deep services, with fresh water, a sewer
connection and a 50 amp electrical power pedestal (power provided by BC Hydro with individual metered billing). The site is tastefully landscaped
keeping maintenance to a minimum.  Some of the planted trees and flower beds are plumbed with drip lines on timers. 

The deck is ground level, approximately 400 sq ft, constructed with good quality pressure treated lumber. There is a 10 ft by 12 ft metal gazebo
